Målsmans 1 uppgifter är obligatoriska då dessa uppgifter fungerar som fakturauppgifter, fakturan skickas till denna mail. Om du är under 18 år är det din målsmans uppgifter som ska fyllas i, är du senior är det fakturauppgifter som ska fyllas i och kan då vara samma som under personuppgifter.
I kommentarsfältet kan du bl a ange vilka ge förslag på träningstider etc. och annat som kan vara bra för Lugi Badminton att veta. Vi skickar därefter förslag på träningstider.
